Twelve years: that’s the time Mersey Care NHS Foundation has been working with our unbreakable Harfield tableware. Mersey Care provides specialised mental health care and services around addiction, learning difficulties and brain injuries – in various regions of the United Kingdom. As one of the three organisations that provide such service, Mersey Care stands out with the focus on quality, recovery and well-being. This also includes tableware that feels natural and robust, says Mersey Care Purchase Manager Colin Todd.
In 2016 there was a lot on the unbreakable Roltex plate. We relocated, made new partnerships, developed innovative products, and much much more. All so that we could serve you better in a more sustainable manner.
On top of this we are now serving up a catalogue which has doubled in size with even more products and useful information. A challenge? Yes, Did we succeed? Double yes! Now you have the opportunity to take a quick browse.
Warmth, wine and great glasses on a tray. We are ready for 2017! :)
Roltex will be closed from 24/12 until 02/01
A serving tray is more than a practical utilitarian object. It makes a contribution to your customer's overall experience and the high quality associated with your business. During a visit to Soupissime we put a few questions to Gary Legrand, the owner of the catering establishment, and Quentin Labrique, a regular customer. Gary told us about his investment in top-quality serving trays ...
“Enhance your customer’s experience”, … This is a slogan you may now be familiar with. And this is the aim Roltex has been seeking to achieve ever since 2015. A tray is the first item customers get hold of when they visit a restaurant and one that leaves a lasting impression. Many of our customers are so convinced about the truth of this claim that they seize the opportunity to convey their marketing message, ... on a tray! BC One is one of those convinced customers and that is why we chose it to be the focus of this case study.
You may already be aware that this year we introduced an entirely new product range of virtually unbreakable tableware. In cooperation with the Britisch company Harfield Tableware, we have supplied schools and daycare facilities with their exciting range of European manufactured, top quality, colourful plates, cups and bowls. One of our new customers is a Belgian daycare facility ‘De Bengeltjes’. They were so enthusiastic about our products that they were happy to work with us on this new case study.
